"RJPBCS takes responsibility of in time publication of the Manuscript abide by the journal policy".
RJPBCS hopes that Researchers, Research scholars, Academician, Industrialists, Consultancy etc. would make use of this journal publication for the development of science and technology.
All components of the manuscript must appear within a single electronic file: references, figure legends and tables must appear in the body of the manuscript. Original Research papers : Full length research manuscripts are considered for their publication provided they are not previously published elsewhere either in part or full or in any other form (electronic or printed) that represent a significant portion of the research work except in a preliminary form of an abstract in scientific conferences.
Short Communications : Précised scientific data that has emerged as part of a major scientific investigation that are really novel/original, are published in the form of short communications. These include notes on methods or preliminary investigations of immediate interest and are likely to have a high impact of immediate scientific interest. Short Communications should also be documented with all the relevant information that is applicable to a research paper such as the format, tables, figures and references.
Review Articles : Major review articles are published on the subjects falling within the scope of the journal which are of active current interest. The review articles without descriptions relevant to the subject of interest are not entertained.
Peer review process: All original research papers, short communications and review articles will be sent to at least two national reviewers for their comments. On receipt of their comments the same will be communicated to the authors for their corrections before publication. All the authors are requested to submit a list of reviewers in their respective field of specializations with their full correspondence address and email address.
Consent to publish:Consent to publish in this journal entails the author's irrevocable and exclusive authorization for publication inclusive of copy right.
Submission of Manuscript: The journal publishes all the accepted manuscripts using electronic production methods, and therefore needs to receive all the submissions in MS Word electronic format. All the electronic files can be submitted as either individual files or in ZIP format. Manuscript should be separated into text, tables and figures in to different files and can be sent as separate attached files. Larger files can be splitted in to smaller files before their submission. Submit manuscript to editor.rjpbcs@gmail.com/editor@rjpbcs.com).
Preparation of Manuscript: The manuscripts should be typed in 1.5 spacing with wide margins using 12 point font size of "Times New Roman". Authors whose native language is not English are strongly advised to have their manuscripts checked by an English-speaking colleague prior to submission. Manuscripts that do not conform to standard English style, usage and grammer, will be returned to authors for modification prior to scientific review. Editor reserves the privilege of returning such manuscripts to the authors for revision before acceptance. Manuscripts should contain the following in sequence: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Experimental, Results and Discussion, Conclusions and Acknowledgements. Figures and tables should be separated from the main manuscript and should be clearly indicated in the text. The biological species names should be presented in italics and the chemical names without first letter caps.
Title: Title page should contain title of the paper in bold face, title case (font size 14), names of the authors in normal face, upper case (font size 12) followed by the address(es) in normal face lower case. An asterisk (*) must be placed after the corresponding authors name as superscript whose email id, fax, telephone number can be given at the bottom left corner of the title. Corresponding author has the responsibility to ensure that all co authors are aware and approve the contents of the submitted manuscript.
Abstract: Precise and explicitly written abstract should not exceed more than 200 words. This section should start on a new page and should detail the problems, experimental approach, major findings and conclusion in one paragraph and should appear on the second page. Avoid abbreviation, diagram and references in the abstract. It should be single - spaced, Precise and explicitly written abstract should not exceed more than 200 words.
Key words: There should be minimum four key words for each manuscript and should not exceed six maximum.
Text: The text of the manuscript should be written in easily understandable format with the Capitalized main titles.
Tables: Arrange the tables in chronological order as given in the text. Each table should be numbered according to their sequence as given in the text. All the tables should be presented in a separate file or folder and should not be part of the text.Title of the table should be clear and short. Table numbers should be given in 1,2,3 letters. The explanations if any essentially required to understand the table can be given as a footnote at the bottom of the respective table. If an individual table contains too much of data attempts should be made to split in to multiple tables. Also note the description of the contents of the table in text part should be in brief highlighting the important findings. Column headings should be brief, but sufficiently explanatory. Standard abbreviations of SI units of measurement should be added in parentheses wherever they are in need.
Illustrations: All illustrations (line drawings and photographs) should be submitted separately. Illustrations should be numbered according to their sequence in the text. References should be made in the text to each illustration. Each illustration should be identified by its number Illustrations should be designed with the format of the page of the journal in mind. Illustrations should be of such a size as to allow a reduction of 50%. Make sure that the size of the lettering is big enough to allow a reduction of 50% The final font size in printing should be about 6-8pt. Authors wishing to include figures or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors Quantities and units must be designated using SI units wherever possible (e.g. Pa instead of bar). The metric system is to be used. Numerical values of quantities are given with decimal points (e.g. U = 112.35 V). Concentrations should be given exclusively as mass or amount-of-substance concentrations mg/Kg or µg/L. The use of ppm, ppb, ppt, volume and weight percentages is to be avoided IUPAC rules must be used for designating chemical compounds. In some fields, e.g. pharmacology, International Non-Proprietary Names (INN) or generic names may be used. The use of trade names alone to identify such compounds, e.g. drugs, medicines or pesticides, is not allowed. All formulas, equations, and symbols should be consistently formatted through the whole paper, including figures.
References: Referneces should be referred to a number [1] in the text and be listed according to this numbering at the end of the paper. The references shoulld comprise the following information and in the given order and with given punctuation as given in the example below: Author name (s) Initials (s), Publication Title Year of Publication; Issue: Page number.
For journal reference: Thabrew MI, Gove CD, Hughes RD, McFarlane IG, Williams R. J Ethnopharm 1995; 49: 69-76.
For Book reference: Boulos L. Medicinal Plants of North Africa. Reference Publications, Algonac, MI, 1983, pp. 103-105.
Copyright: Submission of the manuscript represent that the manuscript has not been published previously and is not considered for publication elsewhere. Authors would be required to sign a CTA form (Copy Right Transfer Agreement) once the manuscript is accepted. The corresponding author can download the form and after getting authors and co-authors signature it can be send as an attachment file after scanning to the journal e-mail with the processing charges.
Ethical Matters: Authors involving in the usage of experimental animals and human subjects in their research article should seek approval from the appropriate Institutional Animal Ethics committee in accordance with "Principles of Laboratory Animal Care". The Method section of the manuscript should include a statement to prove that the investigation was approved and that informed consent was obtained.
Manuscript Charges: Each accepted paper is required to pay the processing charges before the accepted paper is published.
Proofs:Proofs will be sent to the corresponding author as given on the title page of the manuscript. Only typesetter's errors may be corrected; no changes in, or additions to, the edited manuscript will be allowed.
Publication: Papers will normally be published in order of acceptance by the editors, quickly as soon as the corrected electronic manuscripts are received. The details of the published paper (s) will be communicated to the corresponding author.
Declaration: While submitting the manuscript the corresponding author ( on behalf of all the authors) should declare that the manuscript is original and is not published or communicated for publication elsewhere either in part or full. Without the declaration the manuscripts are not considered for their publication.
